Drawing for Children, with Noel Hanley This workshops series will take a highly creative and imaginative approach to drawing. The workshop will take as it’s starting point ‘The Shape of Things’, Susan Tiger’s exhibition in the gallery throughout March, and artist Noel Hanley will lead the participating children through a variety of approaches to drawing.Times: 10.30am-12.30pm: 5-7 year olds; 1.30-3.30pm: 8-10 year olds. Under the guidance of artist Kate Callaghan, the children will be introduced to a number of techniques and approaches, before they create their macabre creations. Participants will be working from their own designs and experimenting with the processes and colours. No previous experience required. These are full day workshops. Saturdays 16th, 23rd & 30th January Times: 10.30am-3.30pm (with a break for lunch) Ticket price: €60 / €55 (concession rate). Price includes materials. Pre-booking for all workshops is essential.
