T O U C H A B L E: Caren Van Herwaarden 14th May – 25th June Official Opening: Saturday 14th May, 3pm Caren van Herwaarden makes watercolors, drawings, collages and sculptures. In her work she is looking for the meaning of fellow - humanity, physicality, suffering and eroticism. This leads to works that find strength in vulnerability, softness in mercilessness and comfort in dejection.  Human or horse: she is concerned with the naked being, without facade or embellishment. Ballina Comedy Club: Edwin Sammon, Danny Ryan and Siobhan Brosnan  theatre

Offaly native Edwin Sammon has established himself as one of the most popular comedians in the country over the last few years, his unpredictable and crowd pleasing style saw him win the Tedfest Golden Toilet Duck award in 2011 and led to him supporting the likes of Jason Byrne, Phil Jupitus and Ardal O’Hanlon while performing at major festivals and comedy clubs across Ireland and the UK.
