Galery Talk with Vanessa Daws Exhibition

Vanessa Daws will give a Gallery Talk about her work and her Volute exhibition.

Vanessa has worked in community arts for over ten years, working with Macnas in Galway, and St Patrick’s Festival, Dublin. In 2007 she began to concentrate on her own visual art practice.

Vanessa’s interest for using water in her art stems from her passion and enjoyment of outdoor swimming, but the use of water as a motif in her work also delves into deeper thoughts of nature and nurture, who we are and the effects of our actions.
